Version 1.0.7: Completionist Quality-of-life, Part 2

All the original release fires have been extinguished, I've messed around a bit with unrelated code to get the post-release self-loathing out of my system, and I'm finally back to add the last few missing bits and bobs to Hollow Hearts! Version 1.0.7 is a small update that really only fixes one thing:

• After you progress to a certain point, Tsukasa now offers hints about Life/Mana Shards you're missing for a nominal fee. (You get a random hint every time. She won't tell you about shards in Ludmira's shop or shards you've already collected.)
• The game has also been updated to the latest Game Maker runtime. Hopefully this improves a bunch of things without introducing new bugs...

I've always felt irked about not knowing what to DO with her (other than proving that I played the latest official Touhou game and know who she is) and I know a lot of people struggle even with the official collectible checklist since, y'know, you gotta REMEMBER every collectible you've found in order to cross-check with the list. Hopefully this solves both issues at once. (Er, I mean, this always was my plan from the beginning *whistles innocently*)
