Update 11.12.2021 - Linux release +Youtube support

Early support to play Youtube video on second screen. You only need to add a Youtube item and indicate the url you want to play. Further release will add more options (preloading, setting video quality, option to play only audio ...)
First release for Linux. Not all functionalities are supported. For example, drag and drop from file explorer is currently not available.
Default palette colors changed
Color palette can now be changed in settings
Better color selector
Fix : some keyboard keys were not supported for MacOS
Keyboard configuration improved
Launching/stopping sound on secondary output dont stop automix anymore
If secondary sound output is selected, do not launch some items type that cant be played on second output
