--Fixed the bug where you can't leave when you are asking how you wish to join Rusty's gang.
--Fixed the bug with the quest "Bad for business".
--Fixed the bug where if the player is wearing the Debris Walker uniform and try to go into Rusty's bar, the game thinks you are wearing Rusty's uniform and entering Debris Walker's base.
