Shields, textures & bugs

After a pause I made a new update!

It's small but usefull:

Shield - you can get it for some time after picking up a red orb with shield on it

Score sphere texture - now that score orbs are looking in a bit another way

Bug with high score fixed - before this update any score was displayed as  a high score

Bug with laser radius fixed - now you can't avoid laser by flying to its beginning
