Bugfixes include:
1) font files in builder regenerated and now it doesn't need to use scaling of fonts after rendering
2) BM and BB types are working. Seems there was minor regression in previous release, and those are not fixed
3) Progressbar implementation still needed few bugfixes, given that some dialogs were badly changing GL_DEPTH_TEST flag in opengl
