08/26/2021 - Add Info Command Categories!

• Added Sub Command support! Now some regular commands can have subcommands. (See video!)
• Added a parameter to set a custom command width.
• Added a parameter to set a Menu command that can go to the Info Scene.
• Fixed the opacity parameter of the windows not working.
• Fixed a bug with the scroll function on info windows that even when he didn't need scrolling, they are scrolling anyway.
