Update to Version 1.1

I realised that Version 1.0 of the game was lacking a bit in visual flair and I added some colour to make it look a bit better.  This version has the same content as before; all of the changes are cosmetic. I made three changes to existing files: I changed the section titles to be purple to match the colour used on the cover, I added a paper texture to the interior pages, and I changed the formatting of the section "The Dragon Wakes" slightly.

 I also added two new files.  The first, prophecy_pages_simple_colour.pdf, is similar to the standard Version 1.1 rules just with flat colours as backgrounds instead of more complicated textures. This makes the file much smaller and quicker to download and render. The second, prophecy_pages_bw.pdf, is also similar to the standard Version 1.1 rules just with black print on white paper instead of colour. This should be a printer-friendly version if you want to print the game but prefer not to use the rules booklet.
