New version to mark the game as "ready to play"!

Version set as 1.19. Version 1 denoting ready to play. "19" will increase with each new release.

• Necessary before setting as "ready to play" - you can now set your player name and it will remain across games.
• Cosmetic changes to lobby screen for host and client
