Fixed some stuff this week.
Changelog:
- Cleaned up AI to allow time for animations to finish in between actions
- Move animation finishes before removing entity from map when retreating
- Entities wait until they have been hit before they are pushed by some abilities (Shield Bash, Knockback)
- Increased size of Tooltips in combat for Entities and Tiles
- Camera moves to active entity on new turn
