Level 6 Available

Hi there :)

In the latest version of DaggerToss, I've added Level 6, updated some hitpoints, added my  first ever "unlockable" and added invulnerability frames. The invincibility comes after you have been attacked and lasts 3 seconds once you're hit.  In this version there's no visual feedback to show you this, you just have to trust me that it's there, but I will be adding this by the final version. 

I've also made one of Boss attacks an instant kill based on some player feedback!
