Trashy Island Update3

Hello Everyone! Welcome To Update 3 On Trashy Island

This Brings A Settings Menu For Anyone With Potato Computers So They Can Play Too.

Settings Menu Has:

1.  Graphics Selector (didn't work best when in the unity editor but hopefully works)
2. Resolution Selector (for some reason duplicate resolutions appear but i don't have time to fix that)
3. Audio Slider To Turn Down The Only Sound Effect In Game
4. Fullscreen Toggle

That's All And Now I Will Get Back To Updating Flappy Jetpack
