Upcoming Rework - Talent & Manager

Players have been complaining about Talent leveling up extremely slower later on. In an upcoming patch this will be resolved. Along with that there will be a minor rework for Manager. Manager will now be automatically unlocked when you unlock a business. But from now on, you have to hire Managers similar to how you hire workers and place them into each businesses.

Optimizing the game for better performance will be done over the course of many patches. So players should notice the game performance improving as the patches go on.
