Minor update 14

Parrot was feeling pretty useless due to its slow speed.  Often by the time parrot reached enemy they were already dead. So i decided to do small rework for it. Also ninja now turns 45 degree while using grappling hook to make it look cooler.

• Increased parrot speed by 20%
• Super parrot no longer increases speed
• Parrot cooldown increased from 10 to 12 (Cooldown is now  slighty reduced if parrot hits less than 3 enemies)
• Ninja now leans forward while using grappling hook
• Increased Fly Gun base damage from 1 to 1.2
• Fixed bomb hitbox
• Fixed prison music not stopping after using metro
• Some other small fixes
