Alpha 1.5 ("Terrain" and "Building" update)

This update was designed for builders. It includes:

~Added "Hydrosand"

~Added 2 parameters ("Limited X distance" and "Limited Y distance")

~Added "Infective fog"

~"Water explosion" looks different

~Start scene in sandbox was changed
