Made some tiny changes to V1.5
CHANGES:
- Made the tutorial at the start of the game optional, so anybody who is
replaying the game doesn't have to sit through it.
- Rewrote the descriptions for the Upgrade Items to better explain how
they are used.
- Made slight tweaks to the manual .txt file (updated the manual to list the new controls. My apologies to
those I may have confused with this mistake as the 1.5 manual still listed old controls.)
