Fixed a bug that caused Talent section to lose it's highlight when any other Tab section is clicked.
Applied another fix for rapid flickering effect in the Workers section. Hopefully, it solves all the cases of it.
From now on and from the next patch update, the patch notes should be shown within the game itself. In the current patch, it should show after Restarting the game once.
