v0.07.0 is mainly about the audio feature of the game.
Now with all the sounds added, the player can adjust the volume of musics, fx, and ambient.

Special Facility Expire Probability
The probability of all the special facilities to go expire is adjusted. Below is an example with Sarazm.
Sarazm's expiry variable is set to 32.
This means at turn 22 (which 10 turns before 32), Sarazm has 1/11 (9.09%) chance to expire.
This increase exponentially as it get closer to 32.
at 23, Sarazm has 1/10 (10.00%) chance to expire.
at 24, Sarazm has 1/9 (11.11%) chance to expire.
at 25, Sarazm has 1/8 (12.50%) chance to expire.
at 26, Sarazm has 1/7 (14.29%) chance to expire.
at 27, Sarazm has 1/6 (16.67%) chance to expire.
at 28, Sarazm has 1/5 (20.00%) chance to expire.
at 29, Sarazm has 1/4 (25.00%) chance to expire.
at 30, Sarazm has 1/3 (33.33%) chance to expire.
at 31, Sarazm has 1/2 (50.00%) chance to expire.
at 32, Sarazm has 1/1 (100.00%) chance to expire.
