Background is showing now

v.03 changes:

• Fixed: background not showing, black screen only
• Change fight timer from 30 to 60
• Added credits page
• Time limited player select screen auto-chooses selected characters
• Added ability to execute move with "negative edge" control
• PS4 gamepad tested

Known bugs:

• Music doesn't loop
• Round doesn't end sometimes
• Player jumps too high
