Still not made up my mind on Hacking, Drones and Chases.

Hacking, I do have a vague idea about how to handle that: use a "Connected" tag that allows characters and places to hack and be hacked.

For Chases, I would probably have to add some specific notes to the combat chapter about vehicular movement and combat.

In the meantime, I've changed a few things about how Trauma and Glitch affect Protagonists and NPCs. 

Glitch can now put Protagonists out of action only when they Glitch and does not affect the DN of actions, I'm thinking it would be nice to have a Glitching mechanic for NPCs too, like a "button" Protagonists can press to dictate NPC behavior.

I'm wondering if, maybe, I should simply connect NPCs' DNs to Scene number, as I do for squads generated by Heat, instead of competence, gear and equipment. Or maybe, instead of Scene number use Heat spends as a measure for DNs?
