Adding New Level

Added a new Level The 3rd One 

Added a new Enemy Carrot Which Activates When you get closer to it and deactivates when you are far from it 

Added Konami Code Because Level 3rd is Hard 

Use UP , UP ,  DOWN , DOWN , LEFT , RIGHT , LEFT , RIGHT , B , A  In sequence to activate the Konami Code (Health CheatCode)

Konami Code will be removed once the game is released (Not in development)
