Updated rules for character relationships

This update makes a number of minor changes and introduces relationships between tea shop customers. 

• Stall operators are encouraged to ask each visitor how they know an earlier traveller
• Affinities reworked and incorporated into visitor relationship questions
• QUESTION PROMPTS rewritten
• Character sheet tweaks
• Gambler added to VISITORS
