Update 0.76

2 new features added:

Enemies will give you 1 score when they explode, making it significantly easier to get coins.

Options Menu Added! you can now customize your resolution, fullscreen, master volume and graphics quality.

Issues with new features: 

Settings won't save between closing the game and you can only customize master audio.
