Released Version 1.1.0

I am committing to have ALL update be backwards-compatible with save files, so your high scores are safe when I add things to the saves. If I make a change that will erase your save files, then I will provide a separate binary for converting from one version to the next, or you could follow a guide that I would post.

• issue #1 (log file opt-in)
• issue #2 (rebinding keys)
• The version now displays on the bottom left of the screen

• The settings UI now has dropdowns
• The ms/frame no longer shows up on the main menu. If enough people want it back, it will be added back in.
