Post-jam update

In the period just after the jam submission deadline, you always find plenty of things to fix or to give some extra polish. In my case, it's no different, so here's the post-jam update. The changes compared to the jam version:

• made the map in the midship (starting screen) a bit clearer so players have a better idea of what is shown on there
• added sounds to some of the actions that can be triggered on the ops screen on the bridge
• made some of the buttons on the ops screen have a more descriptive text
• added some text to the credits to show which of the three endings has been reached
• made the game behave better after switching from fullscreen to windowed mode
