Difficulty tweak and lighting update

I finally finished creating a scaling lighting system to add to the difficulty. I have been carefully creating all difficulty adjusting features in a way that allows them to be adjusted easily either dynamically or manually so that in the future I will be able to create a difficulty selection option as well as a number of levels designed around specific difficulty variables (such as the lighting).
