I mostly was just fixing my timing code today alongside some minor math errors I made when calculating the size of an audio buffer to submit.
Still not fully correct though. The problem has become fully apparent which is simply that i'm not submitting enough audio packets still.
I already kinda knew this earlier but went ahead and redid all the timing code like I said and in particular, fixed my sleep function so that it properly sleeps the correct N leftover milliseconds for that frame instead of sleeping overtime and actually becoming a culprit in the laggy audio issue.
At this rate, i'm almost certain that audio will work correctly tomorrow!
