Version 0.0.4 Update

Version 0.0.4 changes:

• new gladiator model
• new Enemy: Gattling Gun Gladiator
• new anti-air kick
• new player guns
• readded machine joints to player model
• some new sfx
• lock-on now controls the camera
• well timed blocking stuns gladiators during their lunge)
• attacking a stunned gladiator will do a takedown attack

• refactored the way enemy information is stored to be more organized and scalable
• melee tweaks (decreased hitstop duration, increasing overall attack speed, increased engagement range from above target)
