KC&B v0.5 (paddle effect)

The seasaw is changing its dimensions. This release has managed to miss the end of jam time for submissions by less than a minute, so it was published just to RubyGems. With the jam now over, it is published here, too.

Newly included

• paddle effect
• new rule: the first effect is always the wind one (to make the player not be able to just stay in the middle, not doing anything)

Planned next

• UI polish (menu, game states)
• possibly more effects
• sound and music
• try to combine both jam v4 and newest version together
• presentation polish (short gameplay video, screenshots, banner instead of a logo)
