Post game JAM changes

Following the Ludum dare 49 game jam I had a lot of interesting feedback on the game that I tried to compile on a single update.
(Hopefully not breaking any save files but if you end-up stuck in the sea call me out I'll try to fix it 😅)
- Added few puzzles to make the progression more fluid for the player
- Fixed UI issues where you kinda got stuck reading a sign
- Small UI change son the puzzle grid
- Fixed dialog typos
- Better sound options (Muting/unmuting the music/effects)
- Lighten the game size
