Minor Update - Menu Fixes

Just a quick update to fix issues with menu focus.  When using the keyboard you would end up still navigating the main menu when the options screen was opened.  This was backported from OPR - Out the Office.  

Also, saves are now loaded/saved to the user directory.  Simply move your save files from the games root folder to the following:

Windows: %APPDATA%\Godot\

Linux: ~/.local/share/godot/

OSX: No change, already using user directory.
