I am releasing a very early build of Down the Rabid Hole -- an action-roguelite game with origins in a Ludum Dare entry!
This is very preliminary work. As of now the game is quite rudimentary, but I have a number of new features and improvements planned. Stay tuned!
If you play it, please leave some honest feedback. This will only help to improve the game as iterate over its design an implementation.
After years developing only prototypes, this is my first effort to create a complete, real, polished game. Long road ahead, but so far I like what I did!
In November I'll be away from my main development computer, so I'll probably focus developing the game story, for which I have some ideas already. This is definitively not a story-centered game, but I very much want to add a decent fiction layer to it!
