California Strip Poker 1.0.2 is here. Happy halloween!

There are two changes from version 1.0:

• Fixed a serious bug that caused the game to freeze and show black images when using the CSP.exe file
• Added a "Ferd" halloween costume for John in the spooky dungeon.
