• Added a way to optionally sort the map command list by map id or command name.
• The switch used to hide the button, now is the switch that can disable the map select menu access and also keep hiding the button.
• Fixed a behavior that when the message window is open, the button will keep showing and hiding like it was blinking on the screen.
