The Big Bad Bug

This update features a fix for a nasty bug that snuck in previous versions, as well as some improvements.

Bugs

• spotlights now spawn in the same place for all players and synchronize properly

Improvements

• the push cooldown is longer to compensate for being ragdolled
• improved the clarity and visibility of the speed pickups
• some network performance improvements
