Update v0.130 (2021-10-26)

- [Changed] the "Export"-Window to allow a much more flexible and customizable export of the textures.
- [Changed] the Decal Stamp Color to a standard Color to get better visibility
- [Added] the saving of the last export settings
- [Added] a Alignment Display which can be enabled on the Ruler Icon
- [Major Bug Fixed] Decals was broken due changing save file format in Version 0.127. This got fixed!
- [Fixed] a Bug which didn't reset the Stamp Mask after creating new Worksheet

Decals do not work in Version 0.127! Please update.
