Second release v0.1c

It's been a little while since this launched so I thought I'd tidy up a few niggling bits that I'd wanted to do for a while:

• There was a weird bug that stopped you dropping off the ledge in the cave, that's fixed now
• The title screen looks a little better
• The fortune teller screen looks nicer and has a cat now
