Fixed an error in hasEquipped that prevented it from returning the correct value if a match was found early.
Fixed additional areas where the target function could accidentally be overwritten. target, subject, and action functions have been changed to constants, hopefully ending this problem once and for all.
Fixed an error that occurred when effects had a target separate from the effect's recipient (such as Protector). Targets should now work correctly again.
Fixed an error in "highest attack" targeting logic.
