another update to the windows version

in the windows version you can now select multiple skins. 

you can chose between:

• the original ricardo (press s)
• the updated ricardo (press u)
• and ricardowo (press o)

you probably dont want to use the last one.

these updates will maybe be ported to other platform but im not shure.

i also made a web version, it is embedded in the download page and im trying to get a website for it.
