#windows build

  • Add auto shot - currently hard bound to Z for keyboard, 0 button (square on PS controller) for gamepads
  • Tweak burst count - 4 for manual, 3 for auto
  • Fix a minor bug with pause state
  • Add a score bonus of 5k if player picks up a powerup at max level
