UI Visibility, House Collision, and Crouching

Hello! 

As I've gotten a bit of feedback, I've gone back to fix the issues and now here I am with a couple fixes!

• The pause menu now shows up when you pause
• The number of cats found/needed now shows up
• Part of the house's collision was removed to allow easier and more intuitive access to the yellow cat
• Crouching was added to make reaching some cats easier

It's not much, but at least the first two were especially game breaking in one way or another. Both of the UI issues were caused from turning the UI off so I could get screenshots for the game, which I forgot to turn back on. Now that it's been fixed, I hope it's become more enjoyable!
