I have noticed that some people get a blue filter instead of the normal green filter. While I don't know what causes it exactly, I do have somethings you can try.
1: Close the game and relaunch it
2: Redownload the game
3: Redownload the game from the other site (in this case, the gamejolt page )
If non of these work, LET ME KNOW in the comments section (that is one of the things it is for) and i will ask some questions about the issue.
