v1.0.6: Completionist improvements!

Version 1.0.6 is a slightly bigger update than the previous ones, but it's still mostly just UX and bugfixes. It has the following changes:
- Added "secrets%" display to the pause menu and file select menu, so you can tell how well you're doing without having to beat the final boss every time.
- New secret shortcut connecting the start and end of the secret final area, making backtracking for upgrades less of a chore.
- Fixed a bug where proximity sounds (Ludmira's BGM, waterfalls etc) ignored your audio settings.
- Added Crystal Mines and Alchemy Lab warp rooms to the map (forgot to do that before...)
- "Quit to title" now resets most global states, so the game e.g. doesn't softlock you thinking you're still in a bossfight, carry over switchblock states, etc.
- Increased number of soul shards obtained through melee attacks slightly (messed up the maths and made you get 25% less than intended)
There's also an official guide to all the shard locations now, if you're stuck and want a pointer for 100% completion!
(Version 1.0.6b is a hotfix for a door connection that got messed up by that shortcut existing)
