Devlog #15- first week of Ch.3 development

Hello there!
Time for the weekly update on progress of chapter 3!

A few stepbacks health wise

This week I caught a massive cold that has left me coughing up a storm. Nothing too major but it has kept me from working as fast as I wanted, as at times it leaves me bedridden for quite a while during the day. To add to that, my physical therapy sessions have started again so for the next few weeks, progress may be slower on the weekdays. Nevertheless, I aim to work as hard as possible!

A summary of the past week

Here's an update on what I've done for the past days:

• fixed makoto's sprite's proportions;
• the script is 50% complete;
• character sprites have been drafted;
• all CGs have received rough drafts;
• 1 background has been completed;
• 2 new music tracks were made;

Just to give a sense of the scope for it, chapter 3 (green rectangles) has double the CGs of chapter 2(red rectangles). All CGs have at least 2 characters on screen, not counting variants. The code for chapter 3 has already surpassed chapter 2 in dialogue exchanges alone, with no character sprite and background code added to it yet. What's essentially the draft for chapter 3 has already surpassed the finished code for chapter 2.

I aim to have chapter 3 give a satisfying ending to the first installment of the Pandemommyum franchise and prepare the audience for even more hot moms that happen to be single and also coincidentally live in the protagonist's area!
