Minor Patch v0.4.2

Fixed a number of bugs:

• Randomly generated expedition maps no longer lags
• Fixed crashes from entering battles straight from heli drop
• Fixed crash on entering Stage 3-3
• Belly rub minigames now mute music
• Fixed an infinite level up exploit
