Changes:
1) loading of the game is faster.
2) improved collision performance.
3) added new console command "jobCompiler" for multithreading test.
4) fixed a bug: the wheels did not move on impact.
5) fixed a bug: the steering wheels turned at different angles.
6) the sounds and particles when colliding were optimized (the "object pool" technique was applied).
7) removed the freeze on the first explosion.
8) the material of the exploded car has been changed.
