Update 3

There are still a lot of basic mechanics left to implement, but we're coming along.
What's new:
- Player level up (skill point reward, health/stamina restored to max)
- Waves, spawn batches, skill point distribution (only for health/stamina max/regen for now)
- New player graphics by Tibor
- Some basic effects for testing: dark and blurred screen edges
