There are 4 basic seasons and 3 extra variations. Currently, harsh conditions should have 25% chance of happening.

Harsh | Completely stops all agricultural buildings. | Only has one variation which adds a happiness bonus. | Adds a smaller agricultural bonus and productivity debuff to hard/hot buildings such as lumber camps and bakeries. | Adds small agricultural bonus. |
Mild | Applies a huge debuff to agriculture, but farms equipped with bronze instruments will still output some. | - | Adds a sizeable agricultural bonus | Adds massive agricultural bonus to simulate harvesting. |
