Added Ai Level 3 and Level 4 decks. Pending AI Logic for stuff other than playing creatures and permanents.
Added Action history. So you can see all cards played, who played them and what was the target.
Fixed issue with Vulture and Condor Death triggers not working
Fixed issue with Scarab Health not updating correctly.
