Added Linux and macOS builds.
Improved performance when large swarms of robots are on the move.
Only tick/clear bonus timers when in-game and alive.
Removed references to how many hit points a given robot has from the manual. Now that damage is fractional, documenting this makes less sense.
Added Tips and Tricks section to the manual.
