v1.0.4: Another small hotfix

Version 1.0.4 is a small hotfix with the following changes:

• Added some more solid tiles to the room below the first Cave of Echoes save point and the Temple of Emotion boss shaft to prevent softlocks where you get stuck at the bottom.
• Fixed a bug where save confirmations (and other text notifications like the Dowsing Rod) would be drawn several times if you trigger them at certain positions (e.g. Fuyuko Yukihime pre-boss savepoint)
